    Eastridge Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce management solutions, committed to connecting talented professionals with rewarding career opportunities. Eastridge Legal specializes in supporting boutique Plaintiff's Employment law firms, and we are currently assisting a prestigious firm located in Downtown San Diego in their search for an exceptional Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a firm that values its culture and is dedicated to providing an exceptional work environment.     Responsibilities:

    • Drafting shell complaints, discovery, pleadings, and correspondence
    • Cite-checking, proofreading, and filing pleadings
    • Communicating with clients regarding case updates and information
    • Organizing documents and files
    • Summarizing deposition transcripts
    • Assisting in the preparation for hearings, depositions, and trial

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
    • Bilingual proficiency is a plus
