    Description

    We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist at The E.W. Scripps Company!

    Do you have a knack for executing content and marketing promotions effectively to drive viewership, retention, and engagement across digital, social, and email channels? If so, this might be the perfect role for you!

    • Execute content and marketing promotions to drive viewership, retention, and engagement, focusing on digital, social, and leading the email program execution.
    • Assist in developing and executing marketing brand strategy and initiatives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce assets for successful marketing initiatives.
    • Organize marketing events, promotions, and campaigns.
    • Support the development and management of marketing materials.
    • Maintain marketing calendars, schedules, reports, and budget documents.
    • Identify ways to optimize the brand experience through tests, especially across digital, social, and email platforms.
    • Consistently analyze data and provide optimization recommendations.

    Requirements:

    • BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent years of experience preferred.
    • 3+ years of experience in a related field.
    • Marketing, branding, or communications agency experience is a plus.
    • Experience with marketing tools and digital platforms.
    • Ability to use data to inform strategy and execution.
