    The Radar & Monitoring Division, part of Hexagon Geosystems, provides products and solutions, based on radar technology that secures people safety in dangerous environments and prevents risk hazards in mining, civil engineering, and monitoring applications. Our pioneering spirit and continuous commitment to research & development has enabled us to be at the forefront of the radar applications across the globe. The division is a leading provider of Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and Monitoring Radar solutions worldwide. For our North America office, based in Denver, CO, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist.
    As a Marketing Specialist you will work with the Global Marketing Manager and the North America team in leading the divisional marketing efforts, supporting the activities of the sales and product management department to expand our international footprint, increase our visibility, and acquire new customers.
    What we want you to do:
    As a Marketing Specialist you will facilitate marketing and communications activities through the analysis of our User Community and the development of promotional marketing materials and targeting tools; you will manage the organization of local events and support business expansion initiatives with the creation of the assets responding to market needs, working by objectives and tracking KPIs. In particular:
    • Facilitate marketing and communications activities, coordinating with the different divisional stakeholders, including crafting relevant brand messaging content, promotional materials and successful industry events;
    • Develop internal and external communications and marketing collaterals to promote IDS GeoRadar's services and products of the different business units;
    • Bring new ideas to optimize marketing efforts and leverage best practices, tools and templates to create a consistent brand experience inside the customer journey;
    • Understand customers' needs, values and benefits sought for the product, service & solution offerings;
    • Collaborate with product specialists, sales, and management to produce relevant content that meets the needs of our customers and partners (brochures, website content, success stories...);
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams - from creative, to product management and legal - to produce effective promotional materials;
    • Balance multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, provide timely communication of activities' status to internal stakeholders and analyze marketing metrics to measure ROI;
    • Develop and expand a demand generation platform, using relevant technology and media to enhance IDS brand and User engagement.
    Desired Skills

    What would we like to see:
    • Bachelor's degree;
    • 3+ years of experience in MarCom for large organizations, preferably in B2B with high technology products.
    • 2-3 years of experience developing and executing multichannel marketing content and campaigns supporting selling and upselling activities. Previous experience in:
      • Writing engaging marketing copy, use cases and white papers with a focus on digital media;
      • Running campaigns across multiple channels from simple email campaigns to full-fledged event type campaigns (tradeshow, webinar...);
    • Skilled at using Microsoft Office suite & knowledge of Marketing automation tools (Pardot, Sprout, etc.);
    • Good understanding of graphic design and basic video editing skills. Knowledge of Adobe Suite will be considered a plus (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign);
    • Mining / GPR or Heavy equipment industry prior experience is a plus;
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
    Languages:
    • Fluent English speaker required.
    • Ability to Spanish and/or French is a plus
    Target compensation is $62k - $78k per year plus a bonus based on company performance.
