Position: ServiceNow Platform Architect

Are you looking for a new opportunity with an amazing world-class Servicenow Platform Team? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities, along with a proven track record of architecting, designing, and implementing complex solutions. As a ServiceNow Platform Architect, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation, optimizing processes, and delivering value to our organization through the effective utilization of the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities:

Platform Architecture: Design, architect, and implement scalable, robust, and secure solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the organization's business requirements.
Solution Design: Collaborate with partners to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions leveraging the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.
Custom Development: Lead the development and customization of ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
Integration: Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.
Performance Optimization: Execution on performance optimization, scalability improvements, and enhancement of the overall user experience on the ServiceNow platform.
Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in all aspects of ServiceNow platform implementation and usage.
Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design specifications, and user guides. Conduct training sessions for partners and end-users as needed.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and capabilities of the ServiceNow platform. Proactively seek out areas for process improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a ServiceNow developer or architect.
Must have extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including ServiceNow Core, IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and other relevant modules.
Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and development methodologies.
Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies used in ServiceNow development.
Experience with ServiceNow integration technologies such as REST API, SOAP, MID Server, and JDBC.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with extended teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical customers.
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified System Administrator (CSA) are highly desirable.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $99,000- $170,200
