ADP is hiring an AI Architect to join our industry-leading AI team.

In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of complex AI and machine learning systems.

You will have access to ADP's unparalleled dataset to explore new AI innovations that influence the daily working lives of millions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Lead architecture and development of innovative AI/ML solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and opportunities for AI
Develop systems architecture, technical roadmaps, and prototypes
Build, test, and deploy AI models into production leveraging AWS services
Coach and mentor more junior data scientists and analysts
Continuously explore new AI techniques and methodologies to drive innovation

Grace Under Pressure: You thrive in a fast-moving, agile environment and are comfortable managing competing priorities and rallying an organization to change direction as necessary.

Experience. You'll have a PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field. 4+ years experience architecting and developing AI/ML systems. Expertise in Python, SQL, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and other ML libraries/frameworks. Experience deploying solutions on cloud platforms like AWS.
