We are looking for a Bilingual (Spanish)Staffing Specialist to assist our companys short-term and long-term hiring needs at our Chicago office.
Staffing Specialist responsibilities include advertising job openings across multiple channels, attending job fairs and coordinating interviews (both phone and in-person.) To be successful in this role you should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. If youve had some experience in staffing or recruiting, wed like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will ensure our company recruits and retains qualified employees, while nurturing a healthy and productive work environment.
Staffing Specialist responsibilities include:
+ Advertising job openings across multiple channels (e.g. job boards, careers pages and social platforms.
+ Attending job fairs and organizing in-house recruitment events.
+ Making phone calls, sending emails per day
+ Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Responsibilities

+ Manage candidates information (e.g. resumes and contact details) in our Applicant Tracking System
+ Conduct pre-employment screening, interview references and submit background checks

Qualifications
+ Fluent in Spanish is required.
+ Prior staffing experience in high volume recruiting preferred
+ Administrative filing.
+ Familiarity with hiring and on-boarding.
+ Paycom experience preferred but not required
+ Preferrable to live within 10 miles of Chicago (Wicker Park)
