We are searching for a Director for our Contingent Workforce Strategies Council.

The role will support our CWS Council Members and will report directly to the Senior Vice President, Contingent Workforce Strategies Council.


Job Responsibilities:
The main focus will be on supporting and retaining existing North American council members including renewal membership sales, renewals), upgrades, and new sales when presented.

  • Manage a portfolio of existing SIA Contingent Workforce Strategy Council members, including understanding the dynamics of the program, the strategic objectives and how to manage the member/account to drive the highest rate of return for each member.
  • Through outstanding account management, drive annual renewals on existing portfolio with focus on providing value and ROI for members.
  • This person is also responsible for identifying new council member opportunities and/or upgrade opportunities with existing members.
  • Provide "welcome" calls to new member clients OR new seat holders when necessary.
  • Attend, speak, and participate in SIA conferences as well as industry events to further SIA's thought leadership position in the marketplace.
  • Stay close to contacts at enterprise organizations to ensure SIA's thought leadership position with them, promote conferences, identify future needs and gaps, etc.
  • Provide research and story ideas, insights, and contacts to SIA's editorial and research staff based on your interactions with executives from all major accounts, both buyers and staffing companies. Also be responsible for drafting original content as directed by the VP, CWS Council.
  • Contribute content to CWS 3.0 and other relevant SIA products including webinars and conferences.
  • Assist with content topics for the CWS Council Research Agenda.
  • Opportunity to support various CWSC methodologies and tools.
  • Partner with the CCWP team to occasionally provide support.
  • Attend CWSC internal meetings, external meetings, insight calls, conferences, and activities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Contingent Workforce Program Management experience or experience in talent acquisition at the Enterprise level.
  • Must have an expertlevel understanding of the contingent workforce solutions ecosystem and best practices.
  • Experienced with all aspects of sales, strategic planning, and execution along with
developing and managing strategic client relationships.

  • Outstanding analytical/problemsolving skills with the ability to recommend sound solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive collaboration across teams to exceed expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills via verbal and written.
  • Good attention to detail/ ability to multitask.
  • Comfort with public speaking
  • Expert in MS Office especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to travel (domestic US and International) throughout the year (up to 30% travel).
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with mínimal direction.

Preferences:

  • BA preferred.
  • CCWP and SOW Expert Certification preferred.
  • Selfstarter, highly motivated, flexible, and able to multitask
This position is exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.


Pay Transparency Disclosure:
The estimated base salary for this position is $110,000 - $130,000.

The final salary offering will take into account a wide range of factors, including experience, accomplishments and location. The salary range provided should not be considered as a salary limit or cap.

In addition to base salary, Crain also offers competitive benefits including retirement plan savings contributions and bonus opportunities based on individual and company performance.
