    In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

    Provide financial insight to CFO and other senior leaders by performing variance and trend analyses, including monthly results and forecasts/budgets.

    Prepare and analyze financial trends impacting the business, including external competitors and marketCompile global budgets and forecasts and lead the development and maintenance of supporting reporting, templates and guidanceSupport the monthly close process, including managing centralized OneStream processes Lead global functional business partnering providing financial insight and helping leaders ensure the efficient deployment of costsSupport the enhancement of processes and development of key financial and operational metrics/dashboards/reports to improve efficiency and analytical capabilitiesThe essential requirements of the job include:

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years of progressive experience in either audit and/or in industry in similar roles.

    An ideal candidate would have a mix of audit and industry experience (manufacturing preferred)Understanding of P&L, Balance Sheets and Cash FlowsHighly analytical and intellectually curious, with an ability to understand how things work.

    Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects and complete assignments quickly and accuratelyEmotionally intelligent with strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to quickly learn and leverage technology, including ERPs, Consolidation Tools, ExcelAt Pall we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.

    This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement in which you can work part-time at the Company location identified above and part-time remotely from your home.

    The salary range for this role is $145,000 to $175,000 annually.

    This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

    We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
    This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
    We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
