    Job Description: We are searching for a Customer Service Representative who is extremely detailed, exhibits a high sense of accountability for workload, and enjoys process improvement and management. The right candidate will have the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and is a self-motivated individual who can actively engage.

    Job Title: Customer Service Representative with Continuous Opportunities for Growth
    A Day in the Life as a Customer Service Representative: Answer calls from customers and respond to emails and other inquiries promptly and professionally. Provide information on our commercial bus rental services. Assist customers with booking and scheduling their bus rentals. Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and requests. Document customer interactions and provide follow-up as needed. Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to management.
