We are currently looking for a:
Telephone Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

Our main location is in Ludwigshafen am Rhein, but the position is designed to be a home office role after the training period.

Requirements:
Part-time, hourly position
Experience in telephone customer service is desirable, but not a requirement
Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
Flexibility and willingness to work in the evenings (Monday to Friday from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm) and on weekends
Independent work style and reliability
Good computer skills and the ability to work from home after a training period

Your responsibilities:
As a telephone customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will answer calls and redirect them accordingly, without conducting sales conversations.

Your main task is to clarify questions and provide support to ensure a smooth and satisfactory service for our customers.
