• Answer numerous phone calls pertaining to our services
• Provide valid and complete information to prospective customers
• Manage customer inquiries in an accurate and prompt manner
• Schedule future service appointments efficiently for customers
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns by providing appropriate solutions
• Identify the customers' needs to ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Irrigation Service Coordinator and the Irrigation Director

• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly responsive to requests from management
• Ability to work independently without supervision as well as collectively as part of a team

• Minimum 1 year of previous Customer Service experience
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, willingness to think creatively to find a solution
• Aspire software experience preferred but not required

• Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (preferred)
