Join us and use your skills to help us successfully meet this challenge. We are currently seeking a full-time (38 hours/week) Customer Service Representative to join our team in Frankenthal.

The main responsibilities include independently handling customer inquiries (in person, over the phone, and in writing), including complaints and dispute cases, as well as maintaining and evaluating customer data (account clarification/processing of system-generated clarification cases).

Other tasks include providing "shared service" for the network and supplier market roles.

The ideal candidate should have a completed commercial education, ideally with knowledge of the energy industry and processes, or experience in energy billing or debt management.

Good MS Office skills, ideally also SAP IS-U, as well as a confident demeanor and good communication skills (including with difficult customers), initiative, and the ability to work independently are also required.
