Skills and requirements:
-2 + years of working experience in either a law firm or in-house in IT company
-Master's degree in Law/International Law
-Deep knowledge in drafting and architecture of Software Development, License, Services Agreements.
-International law experience
-Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
-Professional experience in IT, FinTech spheres, Corporate and International Contract Law, Intellectual Property Law will be a plus.
-Highly motivated, responsible, productive, and persistent.
-Organized with the ability to plan work within established deadlines.
-Ability to work fast and independently with minimal supervision.
-Strong analytical and research skills, ability to process large amounts of information, and summarize findings
-Proactive, with a business-focused approach.
-Attention to detail, accuracy, and care in the final product.
Key duties and responsibilities:
-Draft, review, and revise different types of contracts (Software Development, SaaS, License, Services Agreements) and other legal documents;
-Prepare answers to the clients' amendments/comments to the clients' agreements, drafting agreements based on accepted amendments;
-Draft and review terms of use/website policies/public offers
-Review and draft official letters/official complaints/pre-court claims;
-Legal analyses and review of various kinds of agreements for day-to-day company operations;
-Review and draft legal opinions on related cases;
-Conduct research on legal issues relevant to the company's operations, and provide analysis and recommendations;
-Provide general day-to-day administrative, research, legal support to activities of the legal team, and contribute to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the legal team;
-Report to the Legal Team Lead of the Clients' Stream;
-Perform other assignments and tasks from the Legal Team Lead of the Clients' Stream.
