Axiota's non-antibiotic solutions prepare cattle to thrive during transition and stress and support producers' goals of optimal health, performance, and animal well-being.
Axiota's field-based sales and technical teams support beef and dairy producers and their technical advisors.Our current cattle product platform includes Multimin 90, an injectable trace mineral used for strategic supplementation of cattle, and Lactipro, a rumen native probiotic that promotes healthy rumen function and stabilizes pH.
Axiota plans to expand both platforms to additional species and applications in the future.Role
Axiota Animal Health is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to contribute to our ongoing growth by nurturing and expanding our relationships with our top clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing large accounts with multiple locations, including corporate headquarters spread across various geographies.
Additionally, you will collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders in the industry who have an impact on multiple customers in different areas.
The Strategic Account Manager plays a vital role in ensuring Axiota can meet the product, service, and quality demands of being a key supplier to the U.S.
beef market. The Regional Sales Director is a crucial position that affects every level of the organization.RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and implement comprehensive Account Plans for strategic accounts, setting short-term objectives and long-term goals with clearly defined steps to achieve them.
Collaborate with multiple departments and teams to ensure sales objectives and performance goals are met.Foster effective communication and collaboration with key functions within Axiota.
Actively utilize CRM to streamline account management processes.
Identify key stakeholders within large corporate entities, establishing strong relationships and effective communication channels.
Monitor industry trends and competitive activities in the U.S. beef market.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 4 years of experience in Feedyard Animal Health and Nutrition Sales
Experience managing Strategic Accounts with multiple locations
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The Regional Sales Director will primarily work with large and mid-sized Feedyards that have multiple locations.
