    Description
    Kampar is a restaurant & bar from James Beard Award nominated Chef Ange Branca.

    Kampar is a combined concept that incorporates a high volume, fine casual dining restaurant centered on Malaysian and Hakka Chinese cuisine along with a forthcoming nightly Prix Fixe menu dedicated to providing a platform for chefs who cook food of underrepresented cultures.


    We are in search of committed industry professionals, who are motivated to work in a locally sourced, high volume, wine and cocktail focused bar program.

    The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of and passion for service, along with a desire to learn and share the stories of Kampar.

    Kampar is a One Fair Wage Policy house. All employees have access to health insurance, PTO, and base hourly starts at $15/hour.


    The ideal candidate has:
    1+ year Host experience
    Extensive knowledge of Tock
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    The ability to think on your feet
    Strong problem solving skills
    A track record of developing a good rapport and personal relationship with guests
    A great memory for names and faces
    A flexible schedule with open availability
