    Your Talent

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or Business Admin
    At least 5 years of event experience
    1-2 years of brand, product or retail marketing experience a plus
    Familiarity with golf and sport industries preferred
    Strategic and creative thinker who is outgoing and collaborative
    Excellent writing and organization skills a must
    Proven ability to work independently and multi-task in high pressure environments
    Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross functional teams
    Must be detail oriented, resourceful, self-motivated and proactive
    Ability to travel domestically 20-25%
    The Hiring range base pay for this position is $74,500 - $105,960

    Your Mission

    This role will be an individual contributor position.

    Coordinate and manage the planning and execution of key events including but not limited to PGA Show, Sales Meetings, Media Launch Events, Tournament Activations, etc.

    Develop the event marketing strategy and annual calendar of events in collaboration with the marketing, product, and leadership teams.
    Oversee and manage the annual event marketing budget to ensure all events are executed on budget.
    Collaborate with internal departments to develop understanding of overarching objectives and how each event supports the overall business.

    Maintain relationships with external vendors and research new vendors as needed to ensure they are the most cost-effective and efficient partner.

    Recommend new event marketing initiatives that best support brand marketing and product marketing goals.
    Support the creation and execution of internal events for COBRA PUMA GOLF employees.
    Stay up to date on experiential and event marketing industry trends and best practices.
    Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
