What You'll Be Doing

Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
Develop assessment protocols to evaluate and improve program performance.
Oversee multiple project teams to ensure goals are met and projects stay on track.
Manage program budget and funding channels for maximum productivity.
Analyze risks, identify opportunities, and produce program reports for clients.

About You

Be able to do the job as described.
Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
Experience leading a team of at least 3 project managers
Proficiency in medical device design controls and risk analysis required
Experiencing working on multiple projects at a time
Experience successfully managing client timelines
Experience managing stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in engineering

Excellent customer-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Technical expertise in bioresorbable materials, manufacturing processes, and medical product development.
