Location: Greenville SC (Hybrid Role)

Description:

Project management experience with 15+ yrs of experience
Customer Facing Role at Onsite ( Greenville SC ) to manage Large Program Delivery with multi technology environment, responsible for high standards of services to day to day IT Operations.
Experienced in Global Delivery Model ( Onsite / offshore Model ) and understands importance of onsite role to manage customer & stakeholders.
Proven understanding on Infrastructure Technologies and guide team for ensuring high availability & Operational continuity.
Role demands good understanding of Service Life Cycle ( Incident Management & Service Fulfillment )
Anchor Customer Weekly / Monthly and Quarterly Reviews.
Ability to manage multi - technology services with core infrastructure experience.
Program manager will be responsible for the planning, estimating, analysis, and delivery of tools & platform improvements for SaaS or dedicated services . He/she must provide communication to team members, BSL management, and Account sponsors.
Run Master Service Agreement - Management and ensures deliverables are delivered inline to the signed off KPIs and metrics. Ensures delivery of modules in accordance with project guidelines.
Analyzing program risks proactively & seek support for early resolution & A constant risk management mindset. ...
Devise Contract Risk Register with People / Process / Technology at Program Level and work toward early closure & resolution.
Good Understanding of Automation Use Cases
Good Understanding of Critical Incident - Major Incident Management process to ensure timely remedial solutions during system failures / outages.
Works dvisor to customer & his backend team in technology areas.
Ensures Operational SLAs for platform support services
Effective Resource management ensures the attrition Control. Motivate Team and Gets best out of team to deliver the Account Deliverables.
Ensure High CSAT & Stakeholder management with zero complaints on account of Delivery.
Maintains Platform RAID register and track for closures.
Manages contracts associated with program or OEM/COTS product are managed & vendor SLA measures and quality assured.
Ensures smooth handover from Implementation to Managed services team.
Program manager responsibilities include laying out a strategy, setting objectives, overseeing projects, managing people, and analyzing the data
Good hands on Financials, Gross Margins, Revenue KPIs and Contract Payables. Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.
Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
