- Track client sessions and update multi-visit passes via Innosoft Fusion
- Maintain Personal Trainer staff information including contact information, certifications, and schedules
- Assist with onboarding of new Personal Trainers
- Coordinate client pairing with trainers and update personal training sales
- Conduct regular personal training walkthroughs of spaces and equipment including Styku 3D Body Scanners
- Assist with large-scale well-being and fitness events as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Coordinate private class requests and all related details including scheduling of instructors, stats tracking, and communication between parties
- Assist with finding substitutes and format swaps when needed
- Assist with onboarding of new group fitness instructors
- Maintain Group Fitness Instructor staff information including contact information and certifications
- Lead group fitness evaluation committee along with creating and distributing group fitness evaluation schedule
- Create Special Event Operations procedures for large-scale events
- Conduct regular group fitness walkthroughs of spaces and equipment
- Assist with large-scale well-being and fitness events as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Assist with hiring and onboarding oof new fitness attendants
- Maintain Fitness Attendant staff information including contact information, certifications, schedules, and misconduct information
- Review and respond to post-shift feedback reports as needed
- Create monthly fitness attendant schedule via WhenToWork
- Lead Fitness Attendant II position by creating development topics alongside Fitness Graduate Assistant
- Conduct regular facility walkthroughs at both the Eakin Student Recreation Center and the Health Sciences Campus
- Assist with large-scale well-being and fitness events as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be a current ECU student in good academic standing.
- Valid CPR/AED and First Aid certification and blood-borne pathogens training within 60 days of hire.
- Possess nationally-accredited Personal Training Certification or be willing to obtain
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office365.
- Ability to work independently and as a team for a minimum of 10-15 hours per week.

Job Description:ECU Department of Campus Recreation and Wellness is currently seeking several Fitness Program Managers.
Department OverviewCampus Recreation and Wellness (CRW) at East Carolina University engages the Pirate Community in diverse recreational and wellness experiences by providing exceptional facilities, programs, and services. CRW manages four flagship facilities, including two indoor and two outdoor locations. Indoor facilities include the Eakin Student Recreation Center, a state of the art 150,000 square foot facility located on ECU's main campus, and a 30,000-square-foot recreation and wellness center inside the 76,000-square-foot student center on ECU's Health Sciences Campus. The North Recreational Complex, a 129-acre sports complex that includes eight sports fields, a six-acre lake, disc golf course, boathouse, walking/jogging trails, outdoor fitness equipment, sandy beach area, beach volleyball courts, and an Odyssey challenge course and the 18-acre Blount Recreational Sports Complex round out the outdoor facilities.
