- Collaborate with the Site Integration management team to ensure program requirements are met, including cost and schedule milestones.
- Work independently and as part of a team to support fellow team members and address any capacity needs proactively.
- Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as a liaison between internal stakeholders, leadership, and customers.
- Review project status and budgets, manage schedules, and provide regular status reports to leadership.
- Identify program issues proactively and develop mitigation plans to meet program requirements.
- Perform Risk and Opportunity Management, as well as Cost Account Manager (CAM) and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) oversight.
- Coordinate proposals, manage operating budgets, and identify new business opportunities for the Backshop, both internally and externally.
- Report to the Backshop Operations Manager and support them in various operational and strategic initiatives.
- Experience working with internal & external stakeholders

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $85,900 - $164,600 .
