Sanford Rose is looking for a Financial Systems Analyst for a great HealthCare Staffing Company in the Maitland, FL area A successful candidate will have experience with the configuration of the core UKG Workforce Dimensions, strong communication skills, and have the ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities:
Create and design workflows of business processes within the company's UKG Workforce Dimensions HRIS timekeeping and payroll modules.
Develop and maintain project communication and updates for projects and programs.
Create project management tools template to ensure all project deadlines are being met.

Support and collaborate with the Payroll Systems Analysts team in resolving complex or escalated issues by researching information and proposing/developing effective solutions.

Generate import templates on timekeeping data, incentives, and accrual balances.
Develop and recommend changes in methods to improve specifically the effectiveness of HRIS capabilities.
Assist in the training and mentoring of newly hired and/or less senior Payroll Systems Analysts on the team.

Build Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new or changed Payroll applications as needed and offer training/technical guidance to the Payroll Systems team.

Work on and complete IT service tickets as per established team SOPs.

Collaborate with the HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure compliance with operational and regulatory requirements through the review, testing and implementation of upgrades, or enhancements.

Facilitate the generation and maintenance of the HRIS reporting for the payroll and timekeeping system as needed and improve data collection procedures.

Provide ongoing assistance with the configuration of the core UKG Workforce Dimensions, HRIS payroll and timekeeping systems, ensuring appropriate functional arrangement.

Work closely with the IT team and Finance team to plan and develop requirements for data management and effective user interfaces.

Collaborate with the HR and/or Systems Support team to troubleshoot UKG application errors and data problems to ensure proper end user functionality.

Review data inputs and assist with analyzing payroll and timekeeping reports to determine overall trends of the organization.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years related experience in working with Human Resources Information Technology configuration and data reporting required.

Associate degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field required, Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience working with complex process workflows and databases, and multi-platform payroll systems (UKG WFD (HCM/WFM/TA, ADP, Workday, Ulti-Pro) and QuickBase experience preferred.

Vendor management experience preferred.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to multitask multiple priorities simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlines.
