These are your tasks:
Contact person for service and support of the QAD ERP system for multiple locations worldwide Handling of internal customer requirements and technical issues, including involvement of external service providers Developing solutions to meet functional design requirements, converting them into technical specifications, obtaining quotes for external services, testing programs, creating and updating work aids until they are transferred to the production system Ensuring the technical feasibility of customizations in the ERP system Managing change requests for access data or the production system Participation in Kaizen workshops to identify improvement needs in the ERP system and initiate adjustments This is what sets you apart: Completed degree in computer science or comparable qualification in the support of ERP systems Professional experience in software development and support of ERP systems Knowledge of PostgreSQL or a comparable database language
