The Seezwerge are a four-group childcare facility with three nursery groups and one kindergarten group. We are looking for a new team member for our nursery in the Bad Schachen district of Lindau, located near the shores of Lake Constance. What to expect

Assisting and supporting in the care, education, and development of our children under the professional guidance of an educational specialist
Participating in the planning and organization of group activities
Regular work in small groups under professional guidance
Observing and reporting any developmental issues to the educational specialist
Establishing a partnership and constructive collaboration with parents/families
Assisting with the general organization of our childcare facility and participating in regular team meetings

What we are looking for

Successful completion of training as a state-recognized childcare worker (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
Basic knowledge of BEP, BayKIBIG
Willingness to continue personal development and engage with professional literature
Strong observation skills and the ability to accurately
