Job Title: Die Cutter Operator

Location: Haverhill, MA

Shift: 1st and 2nd Shift Available

Pay Rate: $20-$28 depending on experience

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Die Cutter Operator who possesses a deep understanding of rotary or similar narrow-web die cut converting processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and capable of collaborating with team members at all levels. This role will involve setting up and operating rotary die cutters to convert various raw materials into custom parts of different shapes and sizes.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate rotary die cutter machines to convert raw materials such as foam, film, fabric, tape, and paper into custom parts.
Independently run die cutter operations, ensuring efficient production and adherence to quality standards.
Employ proper setup techniques according to process requirements.
Review production orders and routers to ensure accuracy in materials and packaging.
Maintain adherence to the production schedule, meeting production targets, and promptly reporting any issues to the lead or supervisor.
Operate equipment safely and efficiently, maximizing machine utilization.
Complete all shop pack paperwork accurately, including routers, production records, and cleaning logs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, cGMP standards, and company procedures.
Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
Ability to stand for long periods of time during operation.

Requirements:

Knowledge and understanding of rotary or similar narrow-web die cut converting processes.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members at all levels.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English (Required).
Previous experience as a Die Cutter Operator preferred.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
