About the Role:
The Machine Operator is a critical role within our food manufacturing plant, responsible for operating and maintaining various machines and equipment used in the production process.
This position ensures the efficient and safe operation of machinery, while maintaining product quality and adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
-Machine Operation:Operate assigned production machines and equipment, such as mixers, conveyors, packaging machines, and filling machines.
Set up machines according to product specifications and ensure they run efficiently.
Monitor machine performance, adjust settings, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production.

Quality Control:Conduct regular inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Make necessary adjustments to machines to maintain product consistency and quality.
Report any defects or abnormalities to the Production Supervisor immediately.

Safety and Sanitation:Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regular equipment cleaning and sanitation.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Production Schedule:Adhere to production schedules and timelines to meet daily production goals.
Communicate any delays or issues that may affect production to the Production Supervisor.

Documentation:Complete production logs and records accurately.
Document any equipment maintenance or repairs needed and report them to the Maintenance team.

Teamwork:Collaborate with fellow team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.

- May require standing for extended periods
- Occasional weekend and overtime work may be required
Pay:
$ $29.00 per hour
