Description

Rimol Greenhouse Systems, a manufacturing and distribution company located in Hooksett, NH, is growing our team. Rimol has an immediate position available for a Machine Operator. Forklift experience a plus.


Core Responsibilities/ Duties

Operate Machinery: Use work-order instructions and various machines to turn raw material into finished parts. This includes but is not limited to using drill presses to put holes in tubing, punching tubes into various length parts on the punch press, cutting tubes into various lengths at the vertical band saws, and operating a tube bending machine.

Specialization: Opportunity to specialize in operating different machinery and equipment in the production facility. May also train and assist other staff in safe and efficient operation of machines at the plant.

Ensure the cleanliness of the factory: Worker may be assigned with the task of sweeping the factory, running the floor scrubber; emptying trash and making sure all workstations are kept clean each week. Worker will also be responsible for ensuring that all workstations get re-stocked on a routine basis with supplies.

Assisting warehouse department in relocation of finished parts:Worker will be assigned certain tasks in the fabrication department to move finished parts into specific locations within the department or within the warehouse. This may require the operation of a forklift or utilizing other equipment to perform this task.


Requirements:

As a machine operator at RGS, the employee should:

• Be well versed with the safety and quality standards followed in a conventional production environment
• Utilize and expand upon opportunities for training in using all machines and equipment within different production units
• Be able to work in a goal driven environment and under strict deadlines
• Be able to communicate effectively with coworkers and follow instructions of the supervisors and seniors in the production department

• Be a reliable and dependable member of the team

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED

Pay rate:
$ 23- $26 per hour, commensurate with experience, qualifications and job performance, with opportunities for overtime.
