    Pay Range:+

    With Previous Punch Press Operating Experience:
    Up to $23/hr+

    Without Press Experience:
    $21-$22/hr

    Job Description:
    As a Punch Press Machine Operator, you'll play a crucial role in our production process.

    You'll be responsible for setting up and operating punch press machines, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe work environment.


    Here are the key responsibilities:

    Machine Setup and Operation:+ Set up and operate punch press machines according to production requirements.+ Adjust machine settings, tooling, and materials as needed.+ Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any issues.


    Quality Control:

    + Inspect production parts for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards.+ Use precision measuring tools (such as calipers and micrometers) to verify dimensions.+ Report any deviations or non-conformities promptly.


    Communication and Collaboration:

    + Work closely with production leads to coordinate schedules and prioritize tasks.+ Collaborate with Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety (H&S) employees to maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.


    Work Environment:

    + Keep your work area clean, organized, and hazard-free.+ Adhere to environmental and safety policies and regulations.+ Uphold high-quality standards in all duties.


    Skills and Qualifications:

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus.+ Familiarity with technical drawings and specifications will enhance your effectiveness.+ Laser or punch press experience is preferred.+ Proficiency in using a tape measure.+ Willingness to train on the first shift if required.
