    Account Manager

    The role of our Account Managers is to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. Success will be based on the growth of existing accounts and the ability to identify and establish new opportunities.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    · Develop and oversee customer retention campaigns.

    · Learn and recognize triggers based on customer behavior and engage with customers who request to terminate or downgrade service.

    · Manage budget and hit or exceed sales benchmarks as established by Account Management Supervisor

    · Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts

    · Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships

    · Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.

    · Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders.

    · Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

    · Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

    · Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.

    · Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities.

    · Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

    · Work in a team environment with sales team, engineering team and network team to provide solutions and meet customer needs and expectations.

    · Learn and understand company products and services to provide a consultative sales approach for customers.

    · Develop customer expectations of services, products, price structures, installation, and scheduling. Continue to guide and manage customer expectations long term.

    · Perform other duties as assigned.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    · Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields

    · Excellent communication skills

    · Ability to build rapport with clients.

    · Familiarity with CRM platforms

    · Deadline and detail-oriented
