    Description
    Experienced Remote Program Manager for Project and Program Management

    Key Requirements

    5 years of project and program management experience
    5 years of business process development and management experience
    1 year of experience and/or knowledge of SQL, PMP, AMP, CBAP
    Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
    Leadership skills
    Experience in business project/program management, including Business Requirements, Epics and User Story management, User Acceptance Testing and Pre-Prod Testing, defect management
    Experience as a project and program manager Lead in agile application development team(s)
    Bank Enterprise Risk Management experience with the ability to translate and track audit requests, and implement Risk solutions and Planning
    Experience with banking products such as Consumer, Small Business, and Wealth

    Responsibilities

    Project and Business Process Development and Management:

    Implement Risk solutions and Planning
    Provide reports on status against milestones, and transparency of risks and issues
    Oversee key project management deliverables within broader programs of work
    Collaborate with Stakeholders, Project and Product Managers, and Subject Matter Experts to develop Business Standard Operating procedures, flowcharts, process management documents, and other related Process and Procedures enhancements in alignment with Regulatory changes and Standards
    Monitor and manage Business processes for the Bank to ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and alignment with Regulatory changes and Standards
    Optimize and enhance procedures as necessary
    Identify and address Process gaps
    Document tracking of efforts related to Business Process development and management
    Communicate issue and status updates to VP of Project Management and Business Process
