    **Summary**

    Working within the Mid-Market Sales Division of Lead Forensics which grew 310% in 2021 you will report into the Head of Mid-Market Sales Development. You will support in the Leadership of the Sales Development Representatives, using your creative skills to focus on creating opportunities through multi-channel prospecting as well as leading by example and creating your own appointments.

    You will have the opportunity to create and execute a sales cadence to book demonstrations of the Lead Forensics product to key decision makers. This will include a digital and social contact strategy, direct mail, email campaigns, and outbound dialling using multi contact strategies

    Secure your own prospect sales meetings and web demonstrations with identified key decision makers across Marketing, Sales and Executive levels

    You will receive commission based on the sat demos and sales from your own appointment as well as sat demos booked by your team)

    Support in the recruitment of high calibre Sales Development Representatives into the team

    Coaching and training of Sales Development Representatives in your team which values them and improves their performance, including a path to advance their career into sales once they are successful

    Leading and supporting the team to consistently deliver Booked and Sat appointments against target.

    You will have a Spiff budget per month to run incentives to create competition within your team
