    Description

    Key Responsibilities & Skillsets:

    Common Skillsets:

    o Superior finance, analytical and problem-solving skills.

    o Should be able to work on a problem independently and prepare client

    ready deliverable with minimal or no supervision.

    o Excellent communication skill for client interaction

    o Excellent presentation skills

    Financial & Technical Skillsets:

    o Background in Finance, Investment, IT

    o Very good knowledge of SQL, advance Excel

    o Ability to work with large dataset

    o Basic understanding of AWS is must

    o Basic knowledge of Power Query and Power Automate

    o Detail-oriented with fair knowledge of accounting procedures and financial reporting practices

    o Experience with month-end close, budgeting, forecasting and analytical projects

    o Hands-on experience working as part of Data Tech / Data Engineering / IT team highly preferred

    o Experience in Clearwater Accounting platform or similar accounting platform is preferred

    Candidate Profile:

    Bachelors/master's degree in either finance, Investments, computer science, IT

    5-10 years of experience in Finance / Investment domain

    4+ years of experience working as part of Data Tech / Engineering or IT team. Should have fair understanding of Relational database concepts.

    Expert in SQL and MS Excel

    Knowledge of other investment-related software and tools (Bloomberg, Aladdin etc.) is preferred.

    Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical team members.

    Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

    Able to work in a fast pace continuously evolving environment and ready to take on uphill challenges.

    Is able to understand cross cultural differences and can work with clients across the globe.

    Experience in Clearwater Accounting platform or similar accounting platform is good to have

    Strong and in-depth understanding of insurance industry is good to have
