Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor of Science Degree in computer science, engineering, construction management, accounting, economic or business administration discipline.
  • Minimum of 24 years of progressively responsible experience with data analytics.
  • Proficiency in the use of standard Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio), SharePoint, Google Earth, and ability to become competent with PANYNJ software and reporting systems.
  • Demonstrated experience with any or all of the following: Maximo, Assetworks, Esri Arc GIS, Oracle, COGNOS, SAP, BIM, CAD, RFID, SNMP, GPS enabled handheld/tablet.
  • A valid driver's license is strongly preferred, as the position will require the incumbent to travel independently to the various PANYNJ facilities.

Requirements:


  • Demonstrated experience in data analytics.
  • Complete data pulls required manipulation queries. Interpreting the data using critical thinking and predictive analytics associated with problem solving and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Experience in implementing business process improvement changes in enterprise environment.
  • Work with the facility maintenance team to schedule, prioritize, track, and report the status and completion of all work orders.
  • Develop and maintain reports to measure and analyze the performance and effectiveness of maintenance practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience working in a diverse workforce with varying work backgrounds, expertise, and levels.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross departmental teams.
  • Working experience in Facility and Operations Management environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to interact with all levels of internal and external staff as well as make concise presentations to a variety of audiences.
  • Understand the PANYNJ's asset management plan and maintenance strategy and the relation to maintenance activities.
  • Knowledge of PANYNJ policies, the business planning process, and the PANYNJ budget process.
  • Working knowledge of maintenance management, infrastructure management, or asset management issues including, but not limited to, key performance measures for maintenance management, conditionbased asset management strategies and asset lifecycle considerations.
  • Working knowledge of Maximo or similar Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and its use to accomplish Preventative, Corrective, and Emergency work, including scheduling, updating the status and labor management, and naming conventions.
  • Experience with the management of the QA/QC of asset data in Maximo 7.6, 8.4 or 8.
  • An understanding of PANYNJ operations, maintenance, or construction contracts.
  • Recommend and implement modifications for the existing procedures and reporting systems that the asset management project team and maintenance use to oversee and control the projects, maintenance budgets and schedules.
  • Leadership skills and experience managing a diverse workforce with varying work backgrounds, expertise, and levels.
  • Working knowledge of labor agreements for facility operations and maintenance staff.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to be persuasive with staff at all levels.
  • Selfmotivated, the ability to multitask and work independently or in a team environment and prioritize assignments.

Pay:
$ $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
