Your responsibilities:


  • Supervision, operation and optimization of building and control technology
  • Planning, commissioning and maintenance including obtaining quotes and coordination
  • Maintenance of elevators, commercial kitchen equipment, heating systems, ventilation, turnstiles, barriers, and locking systems
  • Coordination and documentation of recurring inspections in the area of building and facility technology
  • Technical guidance for external employees and installers

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed vocational training and further education as a technician or master
  • Experience in the fields of electrical engineering and building maintenance
  • Expertise in building and electrical technology
  • Microsoft Office skills
