As a growth-oriented corporation with 10 branches nationwide and around 400 employees, we are currently looking for a
(Junior) Construction Manager (m/f/d) for Building Construction to join our team at ImmVest Wolf for our location in
Leipzig.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Planning and controlling construction sites with target/actual comparisons
  • Conducting and coordinating planning participants, tenders, and awards
  • Managing accompanying planners and experts during the construction phase
  • Coordinating construction companies or trades
  • Cost and schedule control, as well as invoice verification
  • Conducting construction meetings
  • Quality and documentation management of construction execution

Your Profile:


  • Completed degree or training in architecture, civil engineering, construction technology, or construction engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in the construction of multistory residential and commercial buildings
