We are currently seeking an Expansion Intern in Germany who is eager to start a rewarding career in real estate and assist us with a variety of tasks, including:

  • Analyzing potential expansion opportunities in collaboration with the team
  • Conducting financial evaluations and negotiations with developers and real estate owners
  • Performing market research and identifying target locations
  • Visiting potential sites to aid in decisionmaking for locations in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland

Requirements:


  • Recent graduate, preferably in the field of real estate
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Detailoriented and adaptable
  • Able to work under tight deadlines
  • Possess a growth mindset and a curious nature
