What you will do with us:

  • You will support the Hotel Development Manager in all project phases.
  • You will be the point of contact for all external partners (planners, construction companies, authorities, lawyers, etc.) and coordinate them in consultation with the Hotel Development Manager.
  • You will assist in the implementation and optimization of our new interior design for hotel openings and renovation projects, and will be responsible for the selection and sourcing of decoration elements, materials, furniture, etc.
  • You will be responsible for conducting European location analyses and profitability calculations.
  • You will monitor market developments and conduct competitor analyses.
  • You will create project presentations for internal decisionmaking.
  • You will be responsible for expanding and maintaining our network and act as a liaison to internal departments
