- Enhance Amazon sales & product visibility.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns for 3rd party platforms such as eBay and Newegg, and explore new partnership opportunities.
- Manage weekly product uploads and website product updates, ensuring accurate merchandising.
- Update creative content including homepages, blogs, and key content pages.
- Generate weekly sales reports, monitor online sales targets, and track monthly sales goals.
- Execute Email & Eblast marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Support team members with various tasks including order processing, customer service, and competitive analysis.
- Organize product image database and expand product offerings on national customer platforms.
- Run Social Media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Analyze data on competitor products and industry trends.
- Collaborate on marketing company product launches, covering packaging, online advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to drive business decisions.
- Study e-commerce best practices and provide recommendations for sales enhancement.
- Manage and execute e-commerce promotional activities.
- Maintain relationships with retail partners and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily e-commerce operations and online sales initiatives.
- BA/BS degree.
- Prior experience in Amazon or other E-commerce sales and customer service is essential.
- Familiarity with retail business operations and e-commerce fundamentals.
- Proficiency in content management systems, e-commerce platforms, and Excel.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and familiarity with HTML, Java, and Wordpress is a plus.
