    Job Description: Operations Manager

    Position Title: Operations Manager

    Location: Plymouth, MN

    Company Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of exceeding customer expectations and driving business growth. We have company-owned candle factories in both Shanghai and Vietnam and continuously invest in automation technology to ensure quality, safety, and delivering the best cost to our customers. We have our own in-house product development team with designers and trend experts to make sure that our brands are always on-trend and create products that sell. We are constantly innovating and growing.

    We are the largest supplier of private-label citronella candle goods in the US Market (50,000+ stores) and recently entered the indoor candle market with the addition of our Vietnam manufacturing facility.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Sales Team Support: Provide support to the sales team to ensure they have the resources and tools needed to achieve their targets.

    · Operational Efficiency: Streamline operations processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

    · Customer Support: Support Sales team to maintain and enhance relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues promptly.

    · Business Analysis: Assist sales teams to utilize data and analytics to forecast sales trends, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights to the sales team.

    · Regulatory Compliance and Quality: Ensure that all sales operations adhere to relevant regulations and standards, maintaining the company's reputation for high-quality products.

    · Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet the company's high standards for quality, coordinating with the quality control teams in Vietnam and China to address any issues.

    · Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other departments, such as sales, finance, and product development, to ensure alignment and support company initiatives.

    · Knowledge in Logistics and Import Process: Oversee logistics and import processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations. There is also a small amount of domestic shipments and overseas containers.

    · Manage EDI Onboarding Process and Daily Interface: Handle the onboarding process for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for new customers and manage daily EDI interactions to ensure seamless communication with trading partners.

    Qualifications:

    · Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

    · Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations or a related role within a customer-focused industry.

    · Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and contribute to a high-performing team, strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    · Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    · Customer Focus: Deep commitment to customer service excellence, with a track record of supporting and maintaining strong customer relationships.

    · Operational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to streamline processes, manage workload effectively, and ensure timely support to team and customers.

    · Quality Orientation: Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all products and processes.

    · Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in a CRM and ERP, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
