    Description

    Ag Loan Officer

    A top semi-regional bank which likes to grow and keep its team members happy as well as the customers, seeks a person for the position experienced Agricultural Lender. If you want "more" and believe "if you're not moving you're dying", this bank and location offers small-town amenities, friendly people, and agricultural opportunities. The right individual will be relationship-driven, good with numbers, and credit analysis. Up to $500K lending authority Be a mover, shaker, connector for your community and agricultural businesses Come, share you expertise with our community and make a positive impact for the area

    Compensation:

    • Competitive state banking survey-based salary + up to 30% bonus

    Requirements:

    • Evidence of education and learning, Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in actual commercial and farm lending, agricultural and commercial, C & I lending preferred
    • Other progressive advancements in banking career evidence helpful
    • Business development activity
    • Desire to commit to the community helpful
    • Evidence of agricultural knowledge desired
