iStudio Projects is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Drafter to join our dynamic team.

This role involves creating detailed drafts, submittals, and shop drawings, as well as conducting site surveys for our innovative theatrical projects.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Utilize AutoCAD to produce accurate and detailed architectural drafts, including elevations, plans, and sections.
Develop comprehensive submittal packages for project approval processes.
Create precise shop drawings to guide the production and assembly of staging and equipment systems.
Perform detailed site surveys, including measurements and inspections, to ensure designs are correctly implemented in various environments.
Collaborate with design and project management teams to translate concepts and sketches into formal design documents.
Proficiency in AutoCAD with the ability to produce clear and accurate drawings.
Some experience or strong familiarity with theatrical systems, staging setups, and an understanding of performance space dynamics.
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with other designers and project stakeholders.
Educational background in drafting, architecture, theatrical design, or a related field is preferred.
