This pivotal role coordinates the installation schedule, manages logistics from warehouse to job site, and ensures the seamless delivery of high-end kitchen projects.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage and maintain the installation schedule in collaboration with the office team; conduct weekly reviews and adjustments as necessary.
  • Oversee installation crews: hiring, organization, coordination of uniforms, and tools; resolve disputes and provide feedback.
  • Directly supervise the receipt of cabinet and appliance deliveries on sites, inspecting for damages and coordinating necessary reorders or returns.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Cooper Pacific Kitchens and clients/general contractors during the installation phase, ensuring clear communication of install dates, timelines, and expectations.
  • Conduct presite checks to confirm site conditions align with project plans and resolve potential delivery or staging concerns.
  • Manage shipping, receiving, and delivery coordination, including scheduling deliveries to job sites and organizing stock items for installers.
  • Handle warranty coordination for both appliances and cabinetry, addressing any client concerns postinstallation.
  • Maintain the warehouse organization, ensure all job parts are labeled correctly, and manage stock levels.
  • Facilitate service calls and coordinate parts and maintenance information with the office team.
  • Create installation estimates and review punch lists with lead installers to expedite the ordering of parts.
  • Proven experience in logistics management, preferably within a highend construction or installation environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Experience in hiring and managing teams, with a focus on fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical presite requirements and the ability to assess job site readiness.
  • Proficiency in using logistics and project management software to streamline operations.
  • Ability to travel to local and outoftown job sites as required.
  • Strong problemsolving skills, with the capacity to anticipate and address logístical challenges proactively.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and ensuring a seamless customer service experience.
