We are currently seeking a *Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for our commercial clients in the internal department* in full-time or part-time at our location in Margetshöchheim.

What you should be excited about:

Independently managing our commercial clients (hoteliers and restaurateurs) in the internal department, no travel required.
You will be the partner for our customers and work closely with them.
Reviewing existing policies and adapting them to the current risk situation.
Developing insurance proposals.
Corresponding with insurance companies.
Participating in projects to improve processes and coverage concepts.

What you should bring:

After completing your insurance training, you have gained qualified experience at an insurance company or insurance broker in the field of property insurance (preferably in the customer industry sector "commercial").
You have a goaloriented work style and a good understanding.
You are used to successfully completing tasks independently and with initiative.
You are customeroriented and demonstrate a high sense of responsibility and commitment.
