Your Responsibilities:


  • Monitoring of the homeless shelter
  • Access control and registration of visitors
  • Fire protection
  • Compliance with house rules
  • Ensuring the security concept
  • Documentation of guard reports
  • Thorough completion of checklists during inspections and building surveillance
  • Checking the functionality of security equipment
  • Conducting threat analyses
  • Properly marking emergency exits and escape routes

What we expect from you:


  • Expertise according to § 34a GewO (mandatory)
  • First aid training (mandatory)
  • Fire safety training (mandatory)
  • Experience in the security field
  • Knowledge of conflict management
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Independent, reliable, and organized work style
  • Teamwork and ability to handle stress
  • Customer and serviceoriented work approach
  • Clean record (extended police clearance without any entries)
