- Receive inbound faxes from providers regarding pharmacy prescriptions, containing essential information such as provider, member, and medication details.
- Ensure all necessary information is complete, following up with providers to obtain missing details like the member's date of birth or medication dosage.
- Enter all information into the database and run it through our system to determine prescription approval or denial.
- Transition to handling inbound calls, gathering the same prescription information once proficient with the fax process.
- Participate in training new associates as part of our team's growth.
- Handle ad hoc projects and demonstrate proficiency in navigating databases and learning new systems.
- Demonstrated experience in a call center environment for at least 6 months.
- Proven track record in data entry or relevant administrative roles.
- Ability to maintain a private and quiet workspace conducive to remote work.
- Reliable and high-speed hard-wired internet connection.
- Proficiency in articulating computer skills and experience effectively.
