    Description

    The Role at Withings:

    • The position of WHS Customer Support Representative at Withings is crucial for maintaining strong customer satisfaction and reducing ticket volume.
    • Responsibilities:
    • - Efficiently manage internal queues and minimize unresolved tickets
    • - Enhance the internal knowledge base
    • - Improve reports on Withings products
    • - Lead cross-team projects to address top contact reasons
    • - Analyze key indicators to enhance customer experience and minimize contact rate on high-volume topics

    Requirements:

    • - Technical Field Associates Degree or higher with 0-3 years of customer service experience in hardware or SAAS
    • - Excellent problem-solving skills with critical thinking
    • - Strong interpersonal skills and credibility-building abilities
    • - Passion for providing exceptional customer support
    • - Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence
    • - Adherence to deadlines and 24-hour communication SLAs
    • - Healthcare industry experience is a bonus
    • - French or Spanish language skills are a plus
