- The base salary for the position is $15.00 to $22.00 per hour. Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions.

- Address day-to-day non-therapeutic needs of clients while maintaining a calm, welcoming and professional demeanor
- Facilitate 12-step support and life skills related groups
- Facilitate outings such as 12-step meetings, bowling, trips to the movies
- Facilitate Wellness outings such as yoga and hikes
- Provide transportation as needed
- Provide guidance related to daily life skills (laundry, chores, cleaning, budgeting, grocery shopping)
- Assist with administration and processing of drug screens and breathalyzers
- Assist with morning wake-up and evening bed check of clients as necessary
- Perform errands such as delivering or picking up mail, packages, food, medications, and cleaning supplies.
- Offers real-time mentorship and guidance to clients living in the house
- Monitors sign in/sign out sheet to ensure all extended care residents are accounted for
- Ensures house is clean, organized and, properly stocked with supplies, linens, groceries, etc.
- High School Graduate of equivalent in GED required.
- Current or working towards certification (CAC, CASAC, CPRS) preferred.
- Minimum 1 years' experience/knowledge in substance abuse treatment preferred.
