Days/Hrs Vary 40 hrs/wk
The Individualized Supports Staff will provide direct care to individuals in their own home, community, or other BCArc approved site.
It is understood that the Individualized Supports Staff will work a structured forty hour schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
This schedule can change weekly, and the Individualized Supports Staff must be flexible with the demands of the position/ availability of the families served.
The Individualized Supports Staff will be responsible of creating goals, objectives, and collecting data for all assigned individuals, as well as attending and presenting data at annual meetings.
- Undergraduate degree in a human service field preferred or two years' experience of paid or volunteer experience in direct service to developmentally disabled or other disabled
- Valid driver's license & personal vehicle use is a requirement of this position.
