- Handle member inquiries and provide solutions.
- Resolve account issues and perform various financial transactions.
- Refer members to third-party partners when necessary.
- Ensure excellent member service through different communication channels.
- Adhere to company policies and regulations.
- High school education required.
- Two or more years of customer service experience.
- College degree.
- Experience in loan processing or call centers.
- Banking or Credit Union background.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong member service skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to drive sales and engage with members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Position may require standing, sitting, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Prolonged computer and screen time.
- Full-time position with core operating hours.
- Travel and occasional weekend shifts may be necessary.
