•        Responsible for meeting the project requirements and managing project scope from beginning to end, quality, schedule, budget, high risk sites.

 

•        Run analysis report all the way through Tuning and Optimization, which will include drive testing, Pilot testing and e911 clearance. Once all test passed RAN will approve site and schedule on-air in conjunction with turning down of the old site in parallel.
