•        Manage end to end project management throughout the life cycle of development plans for new cell to existing tower

•        Run analysis report all the way through Tuning and Optimization, which will include drive testing, Pilot testing and e911 clearance. Once all test passed RAN will approve site and schedule on-air in conjunction with turning down of the old site in parallel.
