- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
- Greet Customers
- Ensure all sign-in sheets are signed by customers
- Answer phone calls
- Maintain service order jackets and organize in specific folders
- Maintain customer communication through tech/manager notes on Trello and Fullbay messages
- Ensure all invoice total amounts due have been paid in full before customers take their trucks
- Ensure all invoices are signed after payment
- Restrict unauthorized staff from access to shop/back area
- Organize and label received parts and place them on the tech shelf
- Receive parts in software within 60 minutes of arrival
- Arrange parts on the tech shelf
- Manage and return cores or new part returns weekly
- Prefer candidates with industry experience
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in computer usage
- Applicants may undergo a background check
- Applicants may be required to provide a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screening is mandatory
